Pros: The keyboard is mostly as good as advertised. It does all it is supposed to do: the illumination is perfect, the soft-touch keys are quiet and feel great to use and it has a nice long wireless range. It dims when it's supposed to to preserve battery life, and the light has several brightness levels to choose from. The unifiying receiver even works as advertised with the compatible wireless mouse I bought.
Cons: The ON/Off switch is garbage! It hardly works at all. Usually I have to toggle it on then off several times before it responds. Generally the problem seems to be it getting stuck while turned off. One day I just know it's going to stop responding altogether, then I'll have a $100 paperweight.
Also, there is no way to open the keyboard to deal with minor routine cleaning and maintenance. So you better like dust and lint down inside your keyboard, because it's there to stay! They keys fit together way too tight to vacuume between them.
Overall, if you need a lighted keyboard, this is the one to buy. Despite how it may sound, I love mine! However, in hindsight I wish I'd paid for the extra warranty as insurance against the On/Off switch and all the professional cleanings it's probably going to need.

Loved the look and concept, but was so disappointed when the battery just would not hold a charge. Checked with the Logitech folks and they ran me through the motions to confirm it was dead then anknowledged sometimes this happens! Disappointing quality control.
